When you place an order we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping method you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Please note that the shipping rates for many items are based off the weight.

IN THE EVENT OF A LOST PACKAGE, PLEASE CONTACT USPS AND FILE A CLAIM. STYLE AND GRACE BOUTIQUE WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST PACKAGES. ALL PRIORITY MAIL PACKAGES ARE SHIPPED WITH SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION WITH INSURANCE UP TO 100 DOLLARS.

Returns & Refunds

All unopened items maybe returned within 7 days of the receipt of your package. Excluding undergarments, bathing suits, and accessories. Items must be returned with all labels intact and free of damages, stains, and odor(smoke, smell or pet dander).

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. If we shipped an Incorrect Item or Defective Item a return label will be provided. 

All Defective Items please contact Style & Grace Boutique immediately. We will be happy to address and correct all concerns with proper notice. Please do not return package without speaking to a representative. 

Store Credits will be applied for all refunds. We reserve the right to refuse service.
